Virtual calls and online meetings have had a major impact on everyday working life during the pandemic. Home office is here to stay, even in the context of New Work, and brings with it changes in corporate and leadership culture. Aileen Zumstein shares her experiences as a leader in the magazine Annabelle. The entrepreneur says that communicating with employees and conveying appreciation are the basis for a healthy company culture and a sense of „we". She also shares some tips for maintaining the team spirit and she has made good experiences with virtual get-togethers.
